Terms, Shipping & Returns
Delivery Times:
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- USA: 3-5 working days
- Rest of the World: 3-5 working days
Please note that shipping to rural area might take longer.
Shipping Information & Fees:
We ship all international orders through DHL with tracking and require an adult signature upon delivery. All shipping fees are FREE unless to rural area, there might be an additional fees.
Taxes & Duties:
Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure to check and cover any additional fees that may apply to your destination.
Lost or Missing Parcels:
Once your package is sent, we’re not responsible for any delays or issues at the shipping facilities. Our packages are traceable and require an adult signature upon arrival. If you haven’t received your tracking ID, please contact us at info@shoprecreer.com. We are not liable for stolen or lost packages after delivery. Ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid any issues.
Returns & Exchanges:
Vintage Pieces:
All vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need more information or measurements before purchasing, please email us at info@shoprecreer.com.
Recreer Designs:
For unworn items in their original condition, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please handle items carefully to avoid any marks or damages. We cannot accept returns for worn, damaged, or altered items. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at info@shoprecreer.com before initiating a return.
Please note that returns are not free. Customer has to pay return shipping fee back to Bali, Indonesia and it will be charged from the refund. We currently only offer store credit as refunds. As our business growing, hopefully we can afford a full refund in the future.
Customs Duties on Returns:
For returns from outside Indonesia, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Contact your local customs bureau for potential duty refunds.
Claims for Defective Products:
If you receive a defective item, please let us know as soon as possible. Return the defective product within 14 days for a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Returns after 14 days will receive store credit.
